摘　　要：在高等教育发展过程中,教学中实现全程育人、全方位育人一直是广大教育工作者追求的目标。在教学过程中要尊重学生的主体地位,营造民主轻松的授课氛围,在鼓励、创新、关爱、感染等教学互动中培育学生的自信心,对于高等教育提升人才培养水平、提高高校教学质量都非常重要。The complete course of higher education is committed to the education of all-aspects and all- directions. So it is assumed necessary to respect students in the process of teaching, create lively and relaxing atmosphere in class, so as to cultivate the self-confidence of the learners by encouraging and affection. This is also important to improve the level of education and teaching quality.
