亚硫酸氢钠诱发蚕虫根尖细胞有丝分裂异常性的研究

摘　　要：以蚕豆根尖为材料，测定了亚硫酸氢钠（ＮａＨＳＯ３）的诱变作用，结果表明，亚硫酸氢钠能抑制中期分裂相的形成，对有丝分裂指数也有一定的影响，同时还能诱发较高频率的微核细胞和染色体畸变。实验表明：亚硫酸氢钠是一种有效的有丝分裂抑制剂和染色体畸变的诱变剂。The　mutagenic　effect　of　NaHSO3　is　examined　by　using　the　root　cells　of　Vicia　Faba　L..It　shows　that　NaHSO_3　can　inhibite　the　formation　of　midphase　of　mitotic　division　and　affect　the　mitotic　index,and　it　also　induces　aberration　of　high　frequency　of　micronuclear　cells　and　chromosomes.It　also　shows　that　NaHSO_3　　is　an　effective　inhibitor　of　mitotic　division　and　an　inducer　of　chromosome　aberration.
