三轴转台运动学仿真与结构有限元分析

摘　　要：利用Pro/E软件对三轴转台进行了三维实体建模,实现了转台零部件的装配,同时对转台进行了运动学仿真,分析了各部件运动时的干涉情况,并获得了被测试件在三轴一定运动条件下的位置和速度曲线。根据对三轴转台机械结构特点进行分析,考虑到计算速度和准确度,对转台各结构部件进行了合理的简化和等效处理,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了转台的有限元模型,对转台进行了静力计算和模态分析。结果表明,三轴转台的结构设计满足指标要求。Three-dimensional solid model of three-axis turntable is built using sofiware Pro/E and the assembly simulation for every component is accomplished In additional, the kinematics simulation for turntable is carried out the dynamic interference check is completed, and the kinematics curves that show the movement are obtained. Under the consideration of calculating speed and accuracy, the structural parts of three-axis turntable are appropriately simplified after analyzing the mechanical characteristics, the finite element model is established for static and mode analyses using software ANSYS. The results indicate that the structure design of three-axis turntable satisfies requirement of specifications.
