摘 要:为了便于研制开发新型油压减振器并研究高速车辆半主动悬挂,文章设计了一套液压伺服式减振器试验台及其计算机控制系统。该系统以工控机作为控制中心,控制策略采用PID控制,所设计软件能对系统的各种运行参数进行监控。该系统实际应用结果表明,系统控制参数调整方便且运行可靠,能在室内完成减振器性能测试及高速车辆零部件耐久性试验并再现铁道车辆轨道谱。文中还对存在的问题进行分析并提出解决方案,从而使现有系统更加完善,进一步提高了测试系统的性能。A hydraulic servo damper test stand and computer control system is designed in this paper to develop new hydraulic damper and research high-speed vehicle semi-suspension. The control center of the system is a industry PC, and its control strategy is PID control. The developing software can monitor all operational factors of the system. The results of applying the system are shown that the system parameters can be easily modified and that the system is safety in operation. Through the system, the operation conditions of rail vehicle and its parts on the roughhess track can be simulated, and the damper tests can be completed in laboratory. At last the questions on test system and the key of developing real-time system based on windows system are analyzed.
