摘　　要：以科技项目成果中的技术专利群为研究对象,从实际需求出发,构建了专利价值评价流程。运用基于数据挖掘的专利情报分析方法,得到可以操作的专利指标值,并使用基于层次分析和模糊评判法的专利测评模型,对整个专利群的数量和质量进行综合评价。This paper is to study the technology patent pools in S＆T achievement. According to the demand of patent evaluation, the author will build patent evaluation flows, Use patent information analysis methods based on data mining to get exercisable patent index value, and set up patent evaluation model based on AHP and fuzzy appraisal method, then evaluate the patent pools including quantity and quality.
