摘  要:测定了两所全寄宿学校一、二年级学生头发微量元素锌、铜、锰、铅和宏量元素钙的含量,并研究了上述元素与学生身高、体重及学习成绩的相关关系。结果表明:招生条件相似的两所寄宿学校的锌水平存在着显著性差异,两所学校一年级学生平均发锌含量分别为(115.3±27.3)×10-6和(83.5±31.9)×10-6,二年级学生平均发锌含量分别为(12.1±25.3)×10-6和(97.6±31.8)×10-6,锌水平较高的学校学生的身高、体重亦显著高于低锌学校学生,由此可见全寄宿学校膳食结构的不同对学生身体微量元素水平及身体的发育有着极大影响。Zinc,copper,calcium,manganese and lead in hair sample of grade one and grade two resident-students, from two boarding school, were determined. Also, the relationship betweenabove mentionde trace elements and subjects' height,weight and academic performance werestudied' The result revealed that there is a significant difference in zinc level from the twoboarding school students which share a similar entrance requirement,with grade one studentsaverage zinc level from the two boarding school respectively anr (115.3 + 27. 3) ×10-6 and(83. 5+31. 9)×10-6,grade two respectively ane (120.1 + 25. 3)×10-6,and (97.6+31. 8) ×10-6,further more,students from the school with higher zinc level are better developed inheight and weight and performance better than that from the other school. Therefore it issuggested that the diet structure in boarding school plays an important role in adjusting resident students' trace elements balance and physical development.
