摘 要:针对航空公司核心员工离职的现象,分析了其危害及成因,从组织层面提出了基本对策,构建了预警管理模型,提出了预控对策的思路,以改进我国航空公司现有的人才激励约束机制,稳定核心员工,保障安全生产运营系统的高效运行,从而促进民航业又好又快地可持续发展。The booming development of civil aviation industry in China has led to the intense human resource acquisition,which is thought to be inadequate in the past few years. The demission of the core staff weighs heavily against the stability and smoothness of the airlines companies" safety and business operation. Based on the situation mentioned above, its negative effects and causes are analyzed, the basic strategies are proposed on organizational level,an early warning model is set up, and the precontrol strategies are clarified in this paper. It aims at improving Chinese airline industry's existing staff stimulation and restriction mechanism, in order to maintain core staffs stability and guarantee the effectiveness and efficiency of the safety and business operation system, so as to promote the sustainable development of the civil aviation industry ultimately.
