摘　　要：知识并非天然就是资本,必须在一定的条件下才能转化为资本,而组织知识在个人、团队和组织层次中的转化就完成知识资本化的前提条件和基础。在有关知识转化和知识资本概念研究文献基础上,提出了组织的知识转化及其资本化过程中的主体层次性,并从个人、团队和组织三个不同主体层次分析了组织的知识转化及其资本化问题。Knowledge is not a natural capital, and only under certain condition can it be transformed into capital. However, organizational knowledge was transformed on different main body levels, which have become the prerequisite of knowledge capitalization. Based on the conception of knowledge transforma- tion and knowledge capital in home and abroad, this paper puts forward the main body levels in the process of organizational knowledge transformation and capitalization. Then, it analyzes the problem of organizational knowledge transformation and capitalization from three different levels of the individual, team and organization.
