摘　　要：介绍了图书馆员角色的转变与新的定位,分析了图书馆员的能力素质要求,探讨了角色转变下高校图书馆人力资源管理对策。This paper introduces the change and new positioning of librarians＇ job role, analyzes the requirements for the ability and quality of librarians, and probes into the countermeasures for the human resource management of university library under the role change.
