摘  要:为了选择高α-蒎烯的思茅松优良无性系,对5年生的40个思茅松高产脂嫁接无性系及1个对照的松脂中α-蒎烯含量等进行测定,结果表明:松节油中α-蒎烯含量大于对照的有28个,较对照α-蒎烯含量平均提高21.8%;方差分析结果表明:无性系间α-蒎烯存在极显著差异。α-蒎烯的无性系遗传力为0.99。初步选择出18个高α-蒎烯的高产脂优良无性系,其α-蒎烯的遗传增益为23.8%。这18个无性系的松节油可以直接作为α-蒎烯产品销售。In order to select the superior clones of Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis with high Content α-pinene in turpentine, the α- pinene content in turpentine of 40 high-resin-yield clones and a control of 5 years old were analyzed, the result showed that the α- pinene content in turpentine of 28 clones were higher than that of the control, and the average α-pinene contents was 21.8 % high- er than the control. The result of analysis of variance showed that the α-pinene content among the clones had a significant deference. The clone heritability was 0.99. 18 superior clones with α-pinene content were selected; the genetic gain was 23.8 %. The 18 clones can be sold as α-pinene product directly.
