摘　　要：文章着重介绍了测控技术与仪器专业综合设计性实验课题库的开发与实践过程，探讨了利用课题库改革实验教学环节对培养大学生的动手能力和创新能力的作用。This paper reports mainly the process of the exploitation and practice of the synthetic designing experimental project library about measurement and control technology and instrument specialty, and introduces the effect of synthetic experiment courses in training students to be capable of practice and innovation.
