摘　　要：新生入学教育是学生迈进大学的第一堂课。能否搞好大学新生入学教育,关系到学生能否尽快适应大学生活和未来的发展,关系到高校思想政治教育工作能否取得实效。该文结合其学校的实际,对如何进一步做好新生入学教育工作作一探讨。College entrance education is the first lesson for freshmen. Whether the work carries out well determines if the students could adapt to university llfe and the future development as soon as possible. It also reflects if the ideological and political education of college can achieve tangible results. The paper focuses on the probe into freshmen＇ s orientation work in the light of our reality.
