利用超声波辅助提取柑桔皮中叶黄素的研究

摘　　要：在超声波作用下,使用不同溶剂,研究了柑桔皮中叶黄素的提取方法,并通过紫外线对其进行了表征研究。结果表明:以丙酮和无水乙醇混合液(1∶1,V/V)为提取溶剂,料液比为1∶20,超声波提取15min,是从柑桔皮中提取叶黄素的最佳技术工艺。Under the ultrasonic function,the met.hod of extracting luteins horn orange peels through using different solvents was carried out.Then the properties of luteins were described by UV. The results indicated that the suitable effects of extraction was mixed soak with acetone：ethanol= 1： 1,orange peels：solvents was 1：20,and the best withdrawal time was 15min.
