摘 要:工程是人类的创造性实践活动,在快速发展的新型工业化道路上,却产生了许多令人担忧的社会问题。如何更好地为国家工程建设培养大规模合格的工程人才值得我国教育者慎重思考和探索。工程师的工程思维缺失是工程活动产生负效应的一个重要原因。工程思维有别于科学思维,是以工程哲学修养为核心元素,以工程知识为质料,以工程道德规范为骨架,以工程行动为催化剂,四种元素共同作用而形成的。不仅要体现学习先进技术的理论智慧,更要具备关爱人类、认识自然、承担社会责任和创新创造的实践智慧。Engineering is one of creative activities, but many worrying social problems are brought up on the road of new-style industrialization. It is well worth of careful thinking and research about how to cultivate qualified engineers suited for national development. The paper considers that the failure in engineering thought is one of important reasons that result in negative effect. Engineering thought is different from scientific thinking, which consists of four critical components: engineering philosophy is the core, engineering knowledge is material, engineering moral standard is framework, and engineering action is activator. It not only includes understanding and learning wisdom, but also practices wisdom on care for human, recognize nature, take social responsibility, creation and innovation.
