摘　　要：本文主要依据格赖斯合作原则及其准则从语用学的角度分析了商务英语的基本特点,提出了商务翻译的四条基本准则,从而做出推论,商务翻译的最根本目标就是原文信息的准确传达。Based on Cooperative Principle and maxims proposed by Grice, this article analyzes basic pragmatic features of business English. Following proposition of four basic principles guiding translation of business English, the paper concludes that the essential objective of business translation is to accurately convey in the target text the intended message of the source text.
