摘　　要：天然抗氧化活性肽因具有较强抗氧化活性和很高安全性,近年来已成为各国的研究重点。综述了几种植物源抗氧化活性肽的研究概况、应用前景,并提出了研究展望,以期为植物源抗氧化活性肽的开发研究提供可借鉴的信息。Because of the characteristic of safety and antioxidation, natural antioxidant bioactive peptides become the focus of domestic and foreign studies. Research status and application prospect of several antioxidant bioactive peptides from plant were reviewed and research prospect was put forward in this paper, which could refer to the development of antioxidant bioactive peptides from plant.
