摘　　要：人事代理制度是在社会主义市场经济发展过程中产生的新的人事管理制度。在此形势下,高校正逐步建立起以人事关系、人事档案管理为主的人事代理机制。做好人事代理机制下的高校人事档案的管理工作具有重要的现实意义,然而目前这项工作还存在不少问题,应采取相应措施使这项工作不断得到改善和加强。With the development of socialist market economy, the personnel agency system has come into being, in which ＂person in unit＂ has been replaced by ＂person in society＂. A new personnel agency mechanism is being established in colleges and universities based on the personnel relationship and personnel archives management. This thesis gives an analysis of the personnel agency system and puts forward a series of measures to better the above mentioned personnel archives management.
