利用制胶废水生产5-氨基乙酰丙酸的发酵条件研究

摘  要:利用制胶废水作为营养物对类球形红细菌突变株A5产ALA的发酵条件进行了初步优化,结果表明在体积分数为80%制胶废水中添加终质量浓度为4 g/L的废糖蜜作碳源,接种量为10%,装液量为20 mL/100mL,在180 r/min黑暗振荡培养24 h后加入终浓度为20 mmol/L的乙酰丙酸,再于100 r/min继续振荡培养24 h,ALA产量可达8.45 mg/L.By using rubber wastewater as basic nutrients, a preliminary optimization of fermentation conditions for the mutant strain A5 of rhodobacter sphaeroides was conducted to produce ALA in Shake bottle fermentation. The results showed that under the fermentation condition in which 0.4% molasses was supplemented in 80% rubber wastewater as carbon source, inoculum size was 15%, 20mL medium was charged in a 100mL flask, 20mmol/L of levulinic acid was added into the medium after cultivation at 180r/min in darkness for 24h, and then next 24h cultivation continued at 100r/min, the output of ALA reached up to 8.45mg/L.
