复方甘草酸单铵注射液细菌内毒素检查法研究

摘　　要：目的探讨复方甘草酸单铵注射液的细菌内毒素检查方法。方法按照2005年版《中国药典》收载的细菌内毒素检查法的要求进行干扰试验。结果复方甘草酸单铵注射液按1∶5稀释后,对细菌内毒素检查无干扰。结论对复方甘草酸单铵注射液可用细菌内毒素检查法代替热原检查法。Objective To establish the bacterial endotoxin testing （BET） method of compound ammonium glycyrrhetate injection. Methods The interference test was conducted according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia （edition 2005）. Results The test was not interfered by the diluted solution （1：5）. Conclusion The bacterial endotoxin test method can be used for this specimen instead of pyrogen test.
