摘　　要：科研档案是在科研活动过程中直接积累的各类具有保存价值的科研成果和有关科研方面的文件,它具有为实际研究提供理论依据和参考价值以及作为史料的保存价值。本文阐述了民族医学院校科研档案管理工作存在的问题及其解决措施。Scientific research files refer to all kinds of valuable scientific research fruits and documents concerned with scientific research accumulated in scientific research activities,which has great preserving value to provide practical research with theoretical support and reference,taken as historical materials.In the light of problems in the exploitatbn of scientific research files and management in medical college for nationalities,the paper puts forward some measures.
