摘　　要：新世纪知识经济的出现和发展,给企业带来了全新的生产经营背景,企业的生产经营活动发生了巨大变化,随之而来,企业现代化也呈现出新的特点。主要表现为:企业资产无形化、企业技术创新持续化、企业知识产权管理法制化、企业经营决策知识化、企业组织结构扁平化、企业生产及产品柔性化、企业管理方式手段知识化、信息化。In the new century, the appearance and development of knowledge economy has brought about the brand-new background in production and management for the enterprise. Great changes have taken place in the enterprise＇s production and management, at the same time, the enterprise modernization has also presented the new characteristics. The main characters are： enterprise assets invisibility, the technological innovation＇s sustain development, the management of intellectual property＇s legalization, manages and the policy-making＇s knowledge-based, organizational structure＇s flattening, production and the product＇s flexibility, the management＇s way and method of the business becoming knowledge-based and the information-based.
