摘　　要：近年来,大学毕业生的就业问题日益凸显,毕业生就业工作已经成为了高校工作的重要部分。辅导员作为从事学生思想政治工作与管理的教师,是高校从事学生就业指导工作的重要力量,对大学生就业工作发挥着重要的作用。就高校辅导员在就业工作中应发挥的作用做一探讨。In recent years, the employment getting of university graduates is becoming prominent. The employment of colleges and universities students has become an important part of the university work. As students instructors engaged in ideological and political work, they are important members and play an important role in students career guiding. This paper makes a discussion on the function of university instructors in students employment getting.
