摘  要:本文介绍了在我国最早使用碳纤维、玻璃纤维混杂增强环氧树脂和蜂窝夹层结构等先进复合材料科学技术研制四人皮艇的过程;以及提出正确评价其整体弯曲刚度这一重要力学性能的新实验方法。实验结果表明:这种先进复合材料四人皮艇,在重要性能方面均超过有名的丹麦木质皮艇,而成本比进口艇低得多。这一研究成果,为我国水上运动器材的国产化,打下了丰实的基础。This paper has introduced the process for Kayak Four developed with carbon and glass fiber hybrid reinforced epoxy and honeycomb sandwich plates earlier at home.The new testing method which exactly detemines the behaviour of Kayak′s whole stiffness has been been suggested in this paper too.The testing results denmonstrate that this advanced composite Kayak Four is better than the famous Denmark′s one for all mportart characteristics,but the cost of the former is greatly lower than the later.This fruit has made a strong foundation for Chinese-built water sports equipment.
