摘 要:转型期中国企业家的特征分析应采用广义的框架,包括改革的愿望、创业倾向、创业能力、社会网络、成就的需求、性格特征六个方面;而相似的企业之所以有不同的创业绩效,是因为企业家的不同特征对创业核心要素(机会、创业能力、创业文化)产生了不同的影响。因此,要提高转型期国有企业的创业绩效,关键是根据企业家特征的广义框架制定一个新标准来选拔企业家。It should adopt a generalized framework to analysis the Chinese entrepreneur's characters during the transitional periods, which includes the desirability of reform, entrepreneurial tendency, entrepreneurial capability, the community, the desirability of success and characters. Why those semblable firms have different performance is that the entrepreneurs'different characters have different effects on the core elements of entrepreneurship (opportunity, entrepreneurial capability, entrepreneurial culture). Consequently, if the policy-maker wants to improve the entrepreneual performance of the state-owned firms that he must make a new standard for selecting entrepreneurs according to the generalized framework.
