摘　　要：从分析中小企业的重要性和面临的问题,以及职业技术教育现状和面临的问题出发,提出职业技术院校与中小企业是共生发展关系的观点,并提出相应的发展策略。This essay analyses the importance of SMEs and the status of the vocational and technical education and the problems they face. And it gives the view that the relationship of the SMEs and Vocational and technical institutions is symbiosis, and it also gives the corresponding development strategies.
