摘 要:提出一种基于表面活性剂示踪的电弧传感焊缝跟踪方法,该方法能实现I型对接坡口TIG焊缝的焊接.建立电弧信号采集和分析的试验系统,实验研究表面活性剂不同涂覆方式对电弧电压的影响.结果表明,涂覆方式和摆动频率对电压信号影响较大,而焊接电流和涂覆厚度的影响较小.通过电弧摆动和焊缝表面涂覆活性剂的方式,可以得到明显的周期性电压信号,此信号可以用于焊缝跟踪传感.An arc-sensing welding seam tracking method was presented based on the tracking with surface activating flux, so that the Ⅰ-grooved TIG welding could be implemented. The arc voltage acquisition and analysis system was established. The influence of different conditions of surface activating flux on arc voltage was studied. Experiments showed that the coating mode of the surface activating flux and arc swing frequency had greater influence on arc voltage, but the influence of arc voltage change caused by the welding current and coating thickness of surface activating flux was less. A remarkable periodic voltage signal could be obtained when the are swing and a activating flux were used, and this signal could effectively be used for seam tracking.
