某三级甲等综合医院护士亚健康状态及影响因素分析  

A Survey on the Sub-health of Nurses in a Class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰ Hospital and an Analysis of the Underlying Influence Factors

摘　　要：目的了解三级甲等综合医院护士亚健康状态及其影响因素。方法采用现场调查的方法,对参加健康体检的某三级甲等综合医院护士进行亚健康状态调查,并进行亚健康状态症状频数分析,对亚健康状态发生的影响因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果调查的389名护士中,226人出现亚健康状态,亚健康现患率为58.1%,其临床表现复杂,涉及到躯体、心理及社会等多方面的症状。亚健康发生的危险因素有加班和遇到挫折事故,其保护因素有体育锻炼、休闲活动、自己外形满意、个人收入、住房条件、人际关系、生活环境、安全感。结论三级甲等综合医院护士亚健康状态不容乐观,应积极采取各种针对性的预防干预措施改善护士的身心健康。Objective To learn about the sub-heahh of nurses in a Class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰ hospital and explore the underlying influence factors. Methods Self-made questionnaires about sub-health were filled in on the spot by 389 nurses in a Class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰ hospital, and qualified ones were analyzed of the symptoms of sub-health and logistic regression analysis of the underlying influence factors. Results Of the 389 nurses, 226 exhibited sub-health, with the incidence rate being 58.1%. The involved symptoms were manifested in physical, psychological and social aspects, etc. The risk factors of sub-health included working overtime and being caught in misfortunes, and the protective ones included physical exercises, recreations, satisfaction with one＇s apperance, income, housing condition, interpersonal relationship, living environment and sense of security. Conclusion The sub-health of nurses in Class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰ hospitals admits of no optimism. Prevention and intervention measures should be taken to protect nurses＇ physical and mental health.
