摘  要:目的观察短期能量限制对人体免疫功能的影响。方法健康志愿者36人,随机分为正常对照组和轻劳动组、中劳动组、重劳动组、极重劳动组4个试验组。对照组保持中-重劳动强度的训练,自由饮食;试验组分另q进行不同劳动强度的训练,并相应调整其食物摄入量,使其能量摄入量分别约为军人日膳食摄入量的50%~70%,1周后,测定血清抗体、补体水平。结果各组血清抗体IgG和IgM水平差异没有显著性(P〉0.05)。重劳动组血清IgA[(3,11±0.59)g/L]显著高于正常对照组水平[(2.43±0.32)g/L](P〈0.05);轻劳动、中劳动、重劳动3组C3分别为(0.72±0.13、0.74±0.16、0.76±0.09)g/L,C4分别为(0.252±0.038、0.274±0.041、0.287±0.028)g/L,显著低于相应的正常对照组((0.95±0.10)g/L和(0.355±0.039)g/L](P〈0.05)。以上各组抗体、补体水平基本保持在正常值范围。结论短时间的能量限制对机体的免疫功能有一定影响,但这种影响幅度较小。Objective To study the effect of short term energy restriction on immune function. Methods Thirty-six healthy male volunteers were randomly divided into controls, low intensity labour (Li), moderate intensity labour (Mi) ,high intensity labour (Hi),and very high intensity labour group(Vhi). The energy intake of control group which took moderate to high intensity labour training was ad lib. The energy intake of the other four experimental groups were adjustad to 50% N 70% of corresponding daily dietary allowances for PLA man. Blood samples were collected to measure the contents of plasma immunoglobin and complement 7 days after the experiment. Results There were no significant differences in plasma IgG and IgM among these groups but IgA content of Hi group [ (3.11 ±0.59)g/L ]was higher than that of control group [ (2.43 ± 0.32) g/L ], ( P 〈 0.05). C3 levels in Li, Mi and Hi groups [ (0.72 ± 0.13), (0.74 ± 0.16), (0.76 ± 0.09)g/L respcctively] were lower than in control group[ (0.95± 0.10)g/L], and C4 levels[ (0.252 ± 0.038), (0.274 ± 0.014), (0.287 ±0.028) g/L respectively ] were also lower than that in control group[ (0.355 ± 0. 039)g/L], ( P 〈 0.05). However, the values of plasma Ig and complement in these groups were in normal range. Condusion The immune function were influenced by short term energy restriction to some extent, but the effect was limited.
