山东高职院校学生心理亚健康调查与内化教育研究

摘　　要：运用问卷调查、文献资料和数理统计等方法,对山东高职学生的亚健康状况进行调查与分析。阐明高职大学生亚健康人群比例较高,指出造成大学生亚健康状况的主要原因是心理负担过大、缺乏体育锻炼、饮食起居不规律、不良嗜好等。针对这一现状提出并探讨通过体育锻炼改善大学生亚健康状况,为预防和内化教育高职学生亚健康人群比例提供相应的对策。The state of inferior mental health of college students of Shandong was investigated and analyzed by using the questionnaire survey and the literature methods. The results indicate that, the proportion of students of high professional colleges with the inferior mental health is large, the main causes of state of inferior mental health of college students are the heavy psychological burden, the deficiency of physical training, the irregular personal habits and the bad hobbies, etc. In view of this state, the internalizing education and corresponding countermeasures of prevention were put foward.
