摘　　要：根据人体手指静脉图像的结构特点,从安全和实用的角度出发,研制了一种基于电荷耦合器件(CCD)的手指静脉身份识别系统。详细讨论了系统的总体构成、工作原理,以及手指静脉特征提取的原理和过程。实验结果表明,该系统具有较高准确性,误识率为1%。According to the stucture features of human finger vein image, from the secure and practical angle, an identity recognition system based on CCD finger vein was developed. The general system structure and its work principle, finger vein feature extraction principle and process are introduced in detail. The experiment results show that this system has higher accuracy. Its all misrecognition ratio is 1%.
