高校教师引进工作刍议

摘　　要：做好高校教师引进工作，是更好地为加快我省高等教育改革与发展，力争２０年基本实现现代化的关键一环，也是当前我省许多高校普遍面临而亟待解决的重大问题。做好高校教师引进工作应该采取以下措施：坚持把政治思想教育贯穿于教师引进工作的全过程；坚持质量第一，严把试用关；采取积极措施，造就良好的教师引进环境；努力提高高校教师引进工作组织部门的整体素质。As a key link to speeding up the reform in and development of Guangdong Province's higher education and to realizing the province's initial modernization within the twenty years to come, an effective management of recommending college teachers constitutes an important problem that many colleges and universities have been faced with and have to solve in due course. The wiriter of this paper suggests the following measures for the recommendation. First, we should stick to political and ideological education throughout the process of the recommendation. Second, quality should be placed above all and probation be implemented strictly. Third ,positive measures should be taken to create a favourable environment for the recommendation. Finally, great efforts should be made to improve the overall quality of the personnel department.
