摘　　要：本文着重对计算机教学与实验的沟通问题，理论与实践的统一性问题进行了研究，提出了完善的“１＋１模拟实验法”模型并在实践中示范，总结出了“五能力培养法”的具体措施。This paper discusses the complex condition of relative turn,gives the alternating relation of the speed of particle movement and the acceleration, among the three reference systems.
