摘　　要：分析职业素质与职业能力的关系,提出以职业素质作为人才培养的主要目标,构建以职业能力为核心的课程体系,形成"以就业为导向、职业素质为本位、职业能力为核心"的人才培养方案。This article analyses the relationship between the vocational quality and professional ability, and puts forth that personnel training targets of professional quality, and builds up a curriculum system taking professional ability as the core in order to form a personnel training plan based on ＂employment - oriented, vocational quality -based, vocational capacity as the core＂
