摘　　要：和谐社会的重要标志是人人都"安居乐业",而"乐业"的前提是就业。本文阐述了我国的教育国策和技能人才匮乏的现状,认为将我国巨大的人口压力转换为人力资源优势是建设和谐社会的关键;只有大力发展以就业能力培养为宗旨的职业教育,才能更好地促进学习型和谐社会的建设。The important symbol of harmonious society is to make everybody live？peacefully？and？work？happily and the precondition to work happily is to be employed. After expatiating our national educational strategy and the shortage situation of skilled workforce, the paper considers that the key factor of constructing harmonious society is to transfer great pressure of population into the advantage of human resources, and only by greatly developing occupational ability-based vocational education, we can construct study-oriented harmonious society much better.
