摘  要:当前,教师的心理健康问题日渐突出,然而鲜有研究者提出较为有效的具体改善措施。拓展训练是以受训者的亲身体验为核心的、对人深层次的心理施加影响的培训方式。它具有以项目体验为载体、以态度训练为主旨、以行为改变为方向等特点,对于提高教师的心理健康水平有着良好的作用。The problems of teachers psychological health becomes obviously day by day, but the effective and concrete improving measures are rarely put forward. Outward bound training is such a training method that affects people' s deeper psychology, whose core is the trainers' self experience. It is characterized by project feeling as media, altitude training as main aim and manner changing as orientation and has excellent effect on raising the level of teachers' psychology.
