摘 要:通过有限元计算,对比分析了圆弧型与平面型榫齿面接触应力分布规律以及对加工和装配误差的敏感性。研究结果表明:圆弧型榫齿面能够明显改善接触表面挤压应力的分布,大大降低挤压应力的峰值,从而有效提高抗微动疲劳能力。此外圆弧型榫齿型面的榫头对加工偏差、安装状态变化不敏感,具有鲁棒性特征。在上述研究结果的基础上,对圆弧型榫头型面如何进行优化设计进行了深入研究,提出了采用二维建模进行优化,在三维模型上进行验证的优化设计方法,降低了计算工作量,达到了工程化的目的,并设计出了某型发动机圆弧型榫头型面。研究结果表明该方法合理有效。The distributing rules of extrusion stress on the arc contact face and the plane contact face, the sensitivities of machining and assembly errors are compared by the finite element analysis. The result indicates that the arc contact face can improve the distributing of extrusion stress on the contact surface and reduce the peak value of extrusion stress, thus increasing the counteracting ability of fretting fatigue. Furthermore, it is not sensitive to the machining error and the change of the assembly state, and has robust characteristic. Based on the above-mentioned results, how to optimize the design of the arc contact face is studied, then the design is optimized by the planar model. The method is validated based on the three-dementional model,so the computational workload is reduced and the design of the arc con- tact face of an aeroengine is completed. Results indicate that the method is reasonable and effective.
