摘 要:利用抑制邻苯三酚自氧化法和番红花红漂白法分别检测离体条件下黄体素和β-胡萝卜素(从紫苜蓿叶片中提取的)对超氧阴离子(O_2^-)、羟自由基(·OH)清除作用的结果表明:黄体素清除O_2^-能力为β-胡萝卜素的2.78倍,清除·OH^-的能力是β-胡萝卜素的3.46倍。Capabilities of scavenging for O2^-· and ·OH by lutein and β-carotene (from the leaves of Medicago sativa L.) were determined by the inhibition of pyrogallol auto-oxidation and monitoring the bleaching of safranine T by hydroxyl radical generated from the Fenton reaction in vitro, respectively. The results indicated that the capacity of scavenging for O2^-· by lutein was 2.78 times of that by β-carotene. The capacity of scavenging for ·OH by lutein was 3.46 times of that by β-carotene.
