摘　　要：高师音乐教育声乐艺术实践的测评与监控一直是当前高师声乐教学改革的重点与难点问题,评价与监控系统建设的完善与否直接关系到对学生声乐艺术实践质量的客观公正的评价。本文从高师声乐教育艺术实践质量的测评与监控入手,对学生入学水平的监控到对教学与实践各个环节的监控及监控手段、监控机制作探讨,提出了对高师声乐艺术实践进行测评与监控的设想。The monitoring and evaluating of musical practice in teacher＇s college have been constantly the key and the difficulty of the reforms on music teaching in teacher＇s college, The completion of the system of monitoring and evaluating is crucial to the justified assessment of the quality of students＇ musical practice. This paper firstly analyzes the present monitoring and evaluating system. Then it further illustrates functioning of this system on the whole prOcess from the levels at the entrance to the teaching and practice at college. It finally proposes on the reforms on this system.
