摘　　要：在普通微生物学实验教学过程中既要注重基本技能训练,又要注重综合能力的培养。文中围绕夯实基础、培养能力进行了探索和改革,旨在不断提高微生物实验课教学质量,培养高素质的专业人才。It is important to pay more attention to students＇ basic skills training and their comprehensive abilities cultivating in microbiology experiment teaching. Explorations and reforms in enforcing the students＇ base and cultivating their abilities were carried out in order to improve teaching quality and train specialized talents with high quality.
