摘　　要：如何更全面地了解学生,发现每个学生的独特性,并通过教学与评价促进学生在原有基础上的发展,是新课程实施中每一位教师必须思考和研究的问题。教师必须将学生看成是有个性的学习者,承认差异、尊重差异、善待差异,使每一位学生都能得到充分的发展。How to understand the student comprehensively, discover that each student＇s distinctive quality, and promote the student＇s development through the teaching and the appraisal, is the new curriculum implements-the question which each teacher must consider and study. The teacher must regard the student as the individuality learner, acknowledging the differences, respecting the differences, kindly treating the differences, so that every student can be fully developed.
