摘　　要：素质教育的目的不仅是要教授学生知识,更重要的是要学生获得全面发展。大学英语教学作为教育链的一环,要求我们应该把英语教学放在更特殊的位置上。我国大学英语教学应试教育存在若干问题,本文就如何实行素质教育提出了一些建设性措施,如:运用"动态的有机整体结构"这一新型教学法。分层次教学,提高教师整体素质水平,以及学校要给予英语教育更多的关心、支持、理解与投入等。The purpose of quality education is not only to teach students knowledge, but more importantly to develop students fully. College English teaching as a part of education link, We should put it on a special position. Our college English teaching education has a number of problems. We give some constructive measures to solve how to realize quality education, such as： using ＂dynamic organic whole structure＂, this new teaching methods, teaching at different levels, enhancing the overall teachers＇ quality, and English language education in schools should be given more attention, support, understanding and investment.
