摘 要:从世界范围来看,有八种教改思潮影响和改变着当代宏观教育理念和实践。我国在教育领域也不同程度地实践着这八种宏观教育理念。世界上几个教育最发达的国家——英、美、法、日、俄在20世纪后半期进行了大规模的教育改革,其基本取向是教育个性化、教育信息化、教育科学化等。我国大学教育理念在此背景下,应找准自身定位,办出自身特色;要把握时代发展脉搏,及时进行战略调整;把改革放在突出地位,以改革推动庞大的教育体系适应现代化教育的需要;大学培养人才模式应从专门型、知识型向素质型、通识型和应用型转变。There are eight educational trends in the world that influenced and changed the contemporary macro-educational ideas and practice, and our country has carried out these eight educational ideas at all levels. The most educationally developed countries, such as England, America, France, Japan and Russia have carried out exten sive education reform in the late 20th century, and their basic trends are educational individuation, education informationization, educational scientization, and so on. Under this background, the Chinese university should find our own position and characteristics; should grasp the development trend of the age, and make timely adjustment; should pay attention to the reform, and meet the needs of modernization. The mode for cultivating the talent in university must change from specified and knowledge mode to the quality, liberal and application mode.
