摘　　要：实施"基于计算机和课堂的英语多媒体教学模式"能够较快地提高学生的听力水平和自主学习能力,使学生接触到更多的英语学习资源,此模式具有较好的效果,得到学生的喜爱和认可,但教师对学生自主学习的指导还不够,面授课堂有待进一步改进,自主学习中心也需进一步加强建设。This paper analyses the implementation of the model ＂internet autonomous learning ＋teaching in class＂ through teaching experiment,questionnaire,interview and testing.The result indicates that this model applies to college English teaching in science colleges of western minority areas.This paper puts forward four ways as the following to improve the effect of the model： ensuring enough time of teaching in clss,promoting internet autonomous learning through teaching in class,assigning definite tasks and group cooperative study.
