摘 要:采用离子束增强沉积在低温各向同性热解碳表面进行了Ti-O薄膜合成研究,获得了化学计量比及非化学计量比的TiO2薄膜,采用动态凝血时间测定、血小板粘附行为研究、全血动态接触研究、溶血率测定等方法进行了血液相容性评价,用声发射薄膜结合力测定、针盘磨损试验及显微硬度分析研究了热解碳表面薄膜的力学性质。研究表明,经Ti-O薄膜沉积,热解碳的血液相容性和表面力学性质获得了改善,提出了血液相容性机理模型。Titanium oxide films were synthesised and coated on low temperature isotropic pyrolytic (LTI) carbon by ion beam enhanced deposition, and stoichiometrical and nonstoichiometrical titanium dioxide films were thus obtained. Blood compatibility of the films were evaluated by clotting time measurement, platelat adhesion investigation, whole blood contact test and hemolysis analysis. The mechanical properties of the films on LTI carbon were analysed by microhardness test, pin on disc wear experiment and scratch adhesion test. It was shown that blood compatibility and surface mechanical properties of LTI carbon were improved by the coating of titanium oxide film. The mechanism of blood compatibility of the material was discussed.
