摘  要:受社会转型、价值观转变和教育思想不统一等因素影响,我国部分高校存在着育人目标不清、育人标准不定的现象,造成了在校大学生学习目的不明、学习动力不足、学习质量下降、毕业就业困难等问题,影响了高校育人功能的实现。再塑我国高校育人功能必须进一步明确高校育人的内涵和标准,以此指导高校育人的各项工作和实践,并唤醒大学生们的责任意识和成才意识,帮助他们树立起正确的发展目标和人生规划,真正做到以学生为本,最大限度地实现个性化教育、能力教育和创新教育。Influenced by social transfer, change of value and non - unified education thought, in some colleges in China there is a phenomenon of unclear aim to educating students, uncertain standard for educating students which lead to unclear study purpose of the quality and difficult finding job after college students, lacking of enough study graduation and also affect the realization of motive, decreasing of their study the function of educating students in the colleges. To rebuild the function of educating students of our country, the connotation and standard of educating in colleges must be further clarified to guide all the work to be achieved, to awake the sense of responsibility and the sense of becoming a useful person of college students, to help them set up correct developing goals and life planning , to do genuinely as student centered to realize, to the greatest degree , the individual education, ability education and innovation education.
