摘  要:高职院校人文素质教育的目标,是为教育对象全面发展,成为会学习、会做人、会做事、会处事,受社会欢迎的"职业人",夯实最根本、最主要的文化底蕴。要达到这个目标,必须畅通人文素质教育三条主渠道,即抓好人文学科课程教学,注重在专业教学中渗透人文教育,大力加强校园文化建设。这就需要规范人文课程设置,提高教师在专业教学中渗透人文教育的能力,构建人文教育管理与评价机制。In China, humanity quality education in higher vocational colleges has been marginalized. This situation should be changed urgently. The goal of humanity education in higher vocational colleges is to train students with all-round development, laying emphasis on application. Students will be trained to be able to study, learn more of human beings, learn to behave and to deal with things better, thus becoming more accepted in today's society. The colleges should consolidate their profound cultural deposits. In order to reach this goal, there are three main channels, namely, improving humanity courses in education, attaching greater importance to infiltrating humanity education in academic courses, and strengthening the construction of campus culture. Only in this way can the college regulate the humanity programs, improve teachers' ability in infiltrating humanity education in the academic education as well as construct the humanity education management and evaluation mechanism.
