摘　　要：明确教师的权利、义务是依法治教所要解决的重要问题之一。我们从法律角度对教师的权利和义务进行解读,使教师明确所享有的法定权利及界限,以便更好的行使权利,自觉抵制各种侵害教师合法权益的现象;同时也使教师更加清晰地认识到其必须履行的法定义务,增强教育教学的自觉性和责任感。To know for sure teachersr rights and obligations is one of the important problems Managing Education by Law faces. This article makes an interpretation of teachersr rights and obligations from the perspective of law, and makes them clear with their legal rights and boundaries. By this, they can exert their rights and fight against what does harm to their legal rights; on the other hand, they should also clearly recognize their legal obligations and strengthen their teaching awareness and responsibilities.
