摘　　要：我国高校学分制的实行给传统的学生管理体制造成了极大的"困境",这一所谓的"困境"正是对学年制下不符合教育发展规律而形成的"困境"的一种有效解脱。本文考察传统学生管理模式,试图构建新的学生管理模式,并从功能上给予其重新定义。The implementation of the credit system brings a dilemma to the traditional student management system of colleges and universities. So -called ＂dilemma＂ is a solution to another predicament formed under the academic year system which is not in accordance with the discipline of education development. Based on the research of the traditional student management system, authors try to construct a new management system and render a definition from the function of the mode.
