关于高等教育资源地域配置判断标准的几点思考

摘　　要：区域高等教育资源是指一定区域内所具有的能够满足本区域人们高等教育需求的要素。目前衡量高等教育资源地域分布的标准有某区域内的高校数量、高考录取分数线、每十万人在校大学生数、高等教育入学机会以及人均预算内财政经费等。以这些指标来判断各区域的高等教育资源分布时多有不当之处。要准确衡量各区域的高等教育资源占有量可从绝对数量、绝对质量、相对数量和相对质量四个指标来进行。The regional higher education resources are the essentials that can meet the people＇s needs of the higher education in the region. Nowdays,the standards of measuring the regional allocation of higher education resources are the number of higher education institutions, the score in college entrance examina tion,the number of per one hundred thousand students in higher education instutions, the matriculation opportunity of higher education and the public funding per student. All these facors can＇t correct the allocation of higher education resources in the region. We can judge the regional resources education by absolute quantity, relative quantity , absolute quality and relative quality.
