摘  要:培养学生应职、应岗的能力是高职院校人才培养工作的关键.我院在"学生主体、就业导向、企业参与、能力本位"这一指导思想下进行了"能力本位"的课程改革,其核心是建立课程能力标准.本文从课程能力标准的建立原则出发,对标准平台与实施标准等能力标准的两个层次及其关系作一粗浅的探讨,并对高职院校的人才培养工作提出几点思考.It is the linchpin of professional training in vocational colleges to enable the students to acquire the competency for a position in an occupation. The institution Author works for has been implementing CBE-oriented curriculum reforms under the instructive thoughts "Student Centre, Employment Orientation, Enterprise Participation, Competency Base". The core of the reforms is to set up competency criteria for curriculums. This paper expatiates the principles of CBE-oriented curriculum development, discusses the two levels of competency criterion, criterion platform and implementary criterion as well as their inter-relationship, and comes up with some ideas on the professional training of vocational colleges.
